surroundings and creativity

Good Morning

People often say things like "I can't come up with any ideas," and I've noticed that sometimes it's not about lacking creativity but more about the environment we're in.
For instance, when I'm constantly on the move, surrounded by noise and heat, with crowds bustling around me, my brain switches to survival mode. In that state, creativity feels like a distant memory, and I just go through the motions like an NPC.

But now that I'm in a calm, quiet space with just the right temperature, it's like my brain can finally take a deep breath and relax. Suddenly, ideas start flowing again, and I feel motivated to create. It's amazing how much our environment can influence our creativity. When conditions are tough, our brains prioritize survival over innovation, leaving little room for creative thinking.

I wouldn't be surprised if many people struggle with creativity simply because they're stuck in environments that keep them in a perpetual state of fight or flight, just trying to get by day by day.
