Feelings

Good afternoon

AI helpers in mental health. Good idea, very human-like. This can save a lot of money on staff, especially in hospitals. The software is used like a virtual "comforter". It's all about the patient's good. The people who come up with these ideas should get advice from their own software. This might not work out well. An AI that can understand feelings would be new. It's like a kitchen knife that's only sharp when a good cook uses it, but dull like a rubber when a child uses it.

I don't agree with what most people think about mental health. By normal standards, many of my friends and I might be seen as not fitting in. But I agree with Archimedes, just like with old-fashioned beliefs. Many people seen as "mentally ill" are just not willing to change and are actually okay. I think the job of psychotherapy is to keep people able to work. "I have to keep going until work is over!!!!"
